This ride takes place at the pleasant rhythm of an electro-bike for a discovery of the original island away from the tourist circuits.
The Chamarel tour begins in the hills, at "Le Chamarel" restaurant with a tasting of Mauritian coffee with a magnificent panorama. On to the Chapelle Saint-Anne for a few historical landmarks before heading to the 7-coloured earth and the double waterfall, with the opportunity to encounter the island's century-old turtles.
You will then leave for La Vieille Cheminée (old chimney) of an ancient sugar factory, following which you will descend the smallest mountain of Fantaisie which peaks at 240 metres.
You will then pass through the charming fishing village of Baie du Cap before reaching a monument that pays tribute to Australian victims of a shipwreck. The tour ends at the Place du Moulin in Bel Ombre.
